Return and exchange policies at a glance
Here's a quick overview of how Southern TurnStyle handles returns and exchanges.
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—you can exchange it or receive a Southern TurnStyle gift card. Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label or when you return in person. You have up to 10 days to return items purchased. We offer gift cards only within 10 days from the date you receive your order. We do not offer refunds.
What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
Items must be unworn, unwashed and all original tags must be attached. Items not in this condition WILL NOT be accepted.
Must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns.
Must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
Damaged Items :
You will need to email us within 3 days from the date you receive your item(s). Please send an email and pic of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org we will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you receive it. We do not guarantee jewelry, items shrinking, etc. no exceptions will be made. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 10 day period or they will be rejected once they are received.
Final "sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How much is the return shipping fee for online purchases? Returns are free

How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought online or in person? 10 days
How can I receive a refund for my order? Refunds are not available but you can exchange it or receive a Southern TurnStyle gift card.
I received an item as a gift. How can I receive a refund? Gifts returned with gift receipt (invoice) will receive a gift card in the amount ail in the amount of the current selling price.
